About the Role Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Admissions, this role manages end-to-end administration activities, ensuring smooth and accurate enrolment of day and boarding students to maintain optimal enrolment levels.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Address enquiries from prospective and current parents with promptness, professionalism, and friendliness
  • Prepare and oversee documentation for all enrolment stages
  • Ensure accurate records of enrolled students in the school’s database and online enrolment system
  • Diary management and organisation for the Director of Admissions

Skills & Experience required

  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • You are known for your proactive and solution-focused mentality
  • High level of proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and has strong database management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • An alignment with the values and culture of this prestigious educational environment
