Tasks & Responsibilities

• Review & Process Timesheets.
• Review, process & confirm payroll in Payglobal.
• Creating & Receipting Purchase Orders & Work Orders.
• Liaising with enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and other duties as directed by the workshop team.
• Conformance to quality systems and procedures.
• Ensuring Compliance with Training Matrix.
• Liaising with Workshop Management & HESQ Advisor on safety requirements & compliance.
• Administrative duties in MYOSH.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Processing Timesheets
• Experience in Processing Weekly Payroll
• Highly developed organisational skills
• Customer service orientated
• Ability to follow all company policies
