Reporting to the Group Head of Strategic Workforce Management, you’ll support our teams across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth to manage and coordinate business processes and systems, ensuring that business requirements and workflows are managed in an efficient and effective manner across the UKG timekeeping systems and system modules.This is a key role that is part of the Crown-wide technology transformation and provides support in the development of solutions that will enhance our workforce planning processes and policies. You’ll be central in engaging team members to support them using our technologies and assist them better leverage system and business workflows, processes, and reporting.This role is an 18-month fixed-term contract and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.Your day to day will involve:

  • Overall system administration, configuration, training, and improvement
  • Working collaborative across various teams to define business requirements, procedures, and work practices to ensure system configuration and workflow operates in accordance with business needs
  • Managing issue resolution with our Information Technology service providers through to resolution
  • Acting as first point of support and issue resolution for Crown Resorts UKG timekeeping systems and provide administration, training, and support
  • Working with vendors to configure, test, validate and implement UKG Pro Workforce
  • Assisting in testing of end-to-end processes including integrations, as well as developing Workforce Planning policies and procedures Configure, maintain and advise on security within UKG Pro Workforce application. This includes domain security policies, roles, and role assignments
  • Understanding new technology scope and association with new functionality and security, whilst staying updated on new security features within the application’s future roadmap, and implement where possible
  • Developing and maintain awareness of divisional and data security and comply with policies and procedures
  • Participating in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards
  • Performing audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrating proof of security controls during internal and external audits

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of system analyst experience with Time and Attendance application preferred
  • Workforce Planning functional experience will be highly regarded and is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Strong sensitivity to handling confidential information and employee data
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in learning systems and software quickly
