We have the perfect opportunity for you!The Role:We are looking for a passionate casual Track Work & Pool Supervisor to work as part of the Track work team to provide a high-quality range of services to trainers and their employees across the full range of horse training activities conducted at the racecourse.This role is to supervise daily horse training activities and monitor the adherence to the rules of training and OH&S obligations are followed for the Pakenham trainers and their employees.The Right Fit:Some of the key skills and experience you’ll need for this position include:

• Strong communication skills

• Experience around horses and knowledge of horse training activities are essential.

• Ability to supervise horses training as per industry and Worksafe guidelines.

• Due to the elevated risk involved around horses, all team members must be first aid trained or prepared to undertake first aid training (PRC will maintain the currency of all staff first aid)
