We’re always looking for better ways to deliver for our customers – and for our people.About the role:The purpose of the Site Support Coordinator role is to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations. Deliver outage planning functions, including delivery of medium and long term plans, co-ordination associated with the planning of outages both scheduled and forced and projects.The management of existing contracts and the development of new contracts that are required to maintain the asset.Why this role matters:

  • Effectively managing documentation by registering incoming/outgoing correspondence and filing documentation as required
  • Plan and schedule site training
  • Coordinating site visits for external visitors or groups from the greater Origin business
  • Arranging site induction including issue of PPE, set up of room, meet and greet.
  • Communicating and confirming arrangements and variations with stakeholders.
  • Assist warehousing functions at DDPS.
  • Liaise with team members, suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely receipt, delivery and payment for site goods and services received.
  • Assist with warehousing, handling, storage and transport legislative requirements.
  • Receive, organise and process stocks and maintain inventory.
  • Order, receive, store and arrange for transportation of dangerous goods and hazardous substances.
  • Conduct stock takes and cycle counts.
  • Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities for process/ systems and work practices
  • Foster sound communication and positive working relationships with all stakeholders.

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Ability to work within a Permit to Work system.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and effective problem-solving abilities
