About the role:Suncorp has recently undergone a SIAM transformation including redefining our processes and capability uplift.This is an exciting opportunity within Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to facilitate SIAM reporting and governance, using your extensive reporting skills to build out dash boards using Power BI and ServiceNow.If you enjoy data analysis and reporting, and being able to translate data into meaningful information then this could be the role for you!What you’ll do:

• Establish ITSM and SIAM reporting framework
• Drive and manages effort to implement ITSM and SIAM reporting and SLA requirements
• Guiding and supporting the team in progressing the team deliverables they are responsible for and meeting their own performance goals
• Provide ITSM and SIAM expertise that supports the design and establishment of SIAM across Suncorp
• Provide SIAM governance support and guidance across Suncorp
• Continue building the SIAM framework across the organisation and embed further reporting capabilities into the wider SIAM COE.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years ServiceNow development and Performance Analytic experience including demonstrated experience in report generation and utilising large data sets – Mandatory
• 2+ years working within reporting – Mandatory
• 2+ years working with Power BI – Mandatory
• Understanding of service level reporting – eg KPI’s etc
• Proven interest in data and the insights that can be obtained through data
• Belief in the benefits of data enabled decision making
• Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others, internally and externally, including the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others in a team.
• ITIL certification would be preferable
