Senior Project Manager – Identity & Access Management

We currently seek an experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading, and overseeing the full implementation, and end to end management of IAM initiatives, and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Execute on an existing IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IAM initiatives, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of IAM processes, systems, and controls to ensure effective identity and access management.
• Manage the overall project portfolio, including project prioritisation, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders involved in IAM initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as cybersecurity, compliance, and audit, to ensure IAM initiatives align with overall organizational security objectives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of IAM processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

Expertise Required:

• Proven experience (10+ years) as a Senior Project Manager.
• Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Senior Project Manager, in the field of Identity and Access Management.
• MUST have experience of full End to End implementation of IAM solution
• MUST have strong expertise and understanding of JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process, and implementation
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex IAM projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies and solutions, such as identity provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), access governance, and privilege management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus.
