Reporting directly to the Foundation Executive Director, the Senior Manager of Foundation Services will lead the operational infrastructure supporting the full donor cycle. The role will provide strategic, data-driven reporting and expert guidance on best-practice database protocols whilst continually refining data processes. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the appointee will lead and develop a small team, and manage the Foundation budget, working closely with the finance teams across the broader hospital sites.About you
You are a highly motivated database specialist with a proven track record in fundraising operations management preferably with a solid understanding of Raisers Edge NXT. With an intimate knowledge of data privacy and security laws, you deeply understand the role data plays as the engine room for best practice fundraising and reporting. Your collaborative style and highly developed interpersonal skills are underpinned by your ability to communicate respectfully and sensitively with a broad range of stakeholders.
