SAP UAT and Documentation Lead

• Permanent full-time role – Must have full ongoing work rights (Sponsorship is not available)

The RoleThis position requires someone with strong experience in SAP User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SAP documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading UAT and remediation processes as well as providing detailed documentation. There is significant collaboration required with internal teams, so strong communication skills are essential. Additionally, experience with SAP Audit requirements and training coordination is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and execution of SAP Alpha and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage the documentation process for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to resolve issues arising from UAT and support training initiatives.
• Prepare and execute audit requirements, including project and post-go-live audits.
• Provide detailed and timely reporting on project progress and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience with SAP UAT and documentation.
• Proven track record in leading issue resolution and quality assurance for data migration.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
