Here at Concentis we are partnering with a global mining client to source 4 experienced SAP HANA Consultants. As a BW/4HANA Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our clients BW/4HANA transformation project, reimagining reporting from BW7.3 to a cutting-edge HANA platform. You’ll work closely with business users, BAs, PMs, and IS&T team members to translate business requirements into quality technical solutions aligned with strategic and architectural standards.Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert guidance on translating business requirements into sustainable solutions.
• Design and Development: Convert business needs into functional/technical designs and realistic estimates. Design, build, configure, implement, and test solutions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, freely sharing expertise and knowledge.
• Project Management: Identify and address project risks and issues promptly, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within cost and quality specifications.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure outcomes meet customer expectations and secure sign-off for all agreed deliverables.

What you will bring:

• Experience: Solid SAP BW experience with native HANA development skills and BW/4HANA or BW on HANA expertise. (No BW experience? We would still love to hear from you!)
• Technical Skills: Solid ABAP experience, HANA architecture/design, data modeling, and PowerBI in relation to BW and HANA data.
• Knowledge: Experience in LSA++, authorisation roles, performance tuning techniques, Analysis for Office, and SAP ECC standard business processes.
• Communication: Highly developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships in complex environments.
• Problem-Solving: Logical and structured decision-making skills, ability to perform under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Results-Oriented: A proactive approach with a focus on achieving desired outcomes and quickly identifying and resolving blockers.
• Specialty Experience: Experience in delivering hybrid (native HANA/BW) modeling techniques is a plus
