That means creating an environment where each and every one of us has the opportunity to strive together for excellence.Job DescriptionYour new roleWe’re looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference-for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.As a Risk Analyst, you will proactively and positively collaborate and influence stakeholders to help implement tangible, risk-informed outcomes.You’ll have the opportunity to gain experience with a highly rated Risk Management Framework in the financial services industry and benefit from mentorship by an experienced senior risk manager. You will enjoy access to top-level Executives within our team and across the business.Your day to day areas of responsibility see you investigate and report on incidents, deterring potential threats, and evaluating CSC’s control framework for maximum effectiveness.You will analyse incidents, provide data-driven insights as well as advise and support business stakeholders.In this role you oversee third-party providers and material risks through our assurance program, and assist in various risk initiatives.You will be valued for your strong attention to detail, integrity, emotional intelligence and a proactive approach, positively collaborating and influencing your stakeholders to help support risk informed outcomes.Our team is close-knit and work together to actively promote a culture of critical thinking and innovation. We’re hardworking, maintain a positive attitude, and know how to have fun.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you’ll need to excel

  • Undergraduate in commerce, economics, sciences, engineering, accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in risk management gained in professional services or finance industry.

  • Relevant risk qualification (e.g. CPRA, CPRM or CRISC).
  • Proactive and have good stakeholder management skills as well as working exposure to IS0:31000 Risk Management (Guidelines).
  • Industry experience working in either the Superannuation industry or Financial Services Industry is preferrable
