About the Role:As our new Store Manager, you’ll be a seasoned coach and leader, overseeing all aspects of the store and effectively guiding your team. Your role involves managing daily operations, from boosting sales and handling budgets to delivering exceptional customer service.Drawing from your proven experience, you’ll thrive in supporting and mentoring your team, nurturing their growth and development. Your passion for people is evident in your ability to engage and motivate, making work not just productive but enjoyable.As Store Manager, your role involves:
- Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to optimise sales results.
- Enhancing customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge and up to date styling advice.
- Creating an environment of trust, confidence, and respect in-store whilst also inspiring, coaching, and supporting the growth of the team members.
- Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store’s visual merchandising.
- Handling all administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.
