We provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability.Based in Macquarie Park Sydney, we have an exciting opportunity for a keen Project Business Finance Controller to join our closed knit Finance team With a focus on Secure Power Business, you will be responsible to manage the Project Controlling and extend support to the business manager by providing different financial information helping him to make informed decision.Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, managing project cost, maintaining compliance with our internal policies & IFRS
- Participate in monthly project reviews and input on bids including costing sheet review
- Monthly cost variance reviews, book closing, month end reporting and overview of account receivable
- Prepare monthly financial information and analysis for projects
- Perform year-end and any other requisite analytics and reporting and assist in special or process improvements projects as may be assigned from time to time
About YouYou’re highly driven individual with great learning agility and you’re focused on finding opportunities and ways to optimise work processes. You have sound experience of accounting fundamentals. You thrive to act as a partner with business by delivering financial analysis and help the business in achieving profitable growth.In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes
- Degree in finance/accounting plus professional qualification highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience of more than 5 years in commercial project execution and/ or accounting/finance discipline
- Good analytical skills to handle complex matters
- Skilful in MS Office – Excel, Access and PowerPoint & knowledge of SAP (PS,FICO)
- Great communication skills & ability to deal with various levels of authority within the business
