  • At least 3 years clinical experience and demonstrated ability to work under minimal professional supervision
  • Demonstrated capacity to carry out a full range of professional dental tasks including examination, investigation, treatment planning and treatment of patients, and exercising independent professional judgement on routine clinical matters.
  • Willingness to supervise Level 1 oral health/dental therapists and technical and support staff as required.
  • Willingness to teach and supervise undergraduate students, including those on clinical placements.
  • Willingness to assist in the development of policies, procedures, standards and practices, and participate in quality improvement activities
  • Current NSW Drivers licence Class C (or equivalent) and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes. This may involve driving relatively long distances within the local health district.
