With a range of stylish and innovative products this popular brand is continuing to grow.As a key member of the , you will be responsible for leading your team to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery in full and on time for all orders.About the roleReporting to the your main duties will include:

• Leading and developing staff members to ensure daily fulfilment targets are achieved
• Champion end to end operational excellence
• Liaise with Inventory and Wholesale sales teams to manage sales, inventory and fulfilment requirements
• Lead by example, mentor staff and provide active front line management to ensure staff members are motivated, trained and competent by driving process improvement
• Ensure all items and deliveries are in line with customer requirements and internal standards
• Implement all OHS requirements, L&D initiatives and process improvement initiatives
• Support management with rostering, timesheets and award compliance
• Develop, maintain and review SOP’s
• General warehouse duties as required

Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• Previous supervisory experience within a results focused operations or warehouse environment
• Ability to diffuse conflict and manage day to day incidents constructively and calmly
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and procedures and investigate discrepancies and process variances
• Current
