Your role will involve managing human and material resources, monitoring clinical indicators, and driving continuous improvement within your unit. You will also play a key role in staff development, mentoring, and fostering an innovative culture that promotes excellence in clinical practice.THE ESSENTIALS
- Relevant qualifications and current registration with the AHPRA
- Extensive post-registration clinical experience
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality improvement
- Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (or working towards)
- Experience in managing human and financial resources
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) training
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia – sponsorship is not available
