Your role will involve managing human and material resources, monitoring clinical indicators, and driving continuous improvement within your unit. You will also play a key role in staff development, mentoring, and fostering an innovative culture that promotes excellence in clinical practice.THE ESSENTIALS

  • Relevant qualifications and current registration with the AHPRA
  • Extensive post-registration clinical experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality improvement
  • Post-graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (or working towards)
  • Experience in managing human and financial resources
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) training
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia – sponsorship is not available
