NPD Project Manager

• Form and lead teams on NPD projects as approved by the Customer Solutions SteerCo.
• Maintain a series of KPIs reflecting progress on your NPD projects

• Measure of value of new products and systems brought to market by sales and EBIT
• Monthly standard project reporting pack to be delivered to the SteerCo.
• Develop collaborative relationships with broader CSR technical, marketing and sales teams to enable:

• Source of subject matter experts for NPD projects.
• Extraction of market insights and liaison with industry participants.
• Products and systems developed and implemented into the market must uphold the standards of the CSR brand ensuring Quality, Compliance and Performance:

• Ensure all required and appropriate product and system testing is undertaken and technical assessment gathered that is required as proof that all products and systems comply with the NCC.
• Compliance with relevant standards is mandatory.

What you bring to the role:

• Engineering, Business or Construction qualification
• A minimum of 10 years industry experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in NPD
• Strong process and project management skills
• Strong ability to hold people accountable for delivery against assigned actions, without having line management responsibility over them
• Strong ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders and identify the solutions to their needs.
• An ability to build productive partnerships with individuals and groups across the business and external to the business.
