We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New RoleReporting to the Media Manager, the Media Coordinator will support the effective delivery of the Funds annual paid media plan to drive Fund objectives. This role engages with our media agencies to support media campaign development and includes day-to-day administration and implementation tasks. A critical part of this role will be managing all executional aspects of paid media campaigns pertaining to ad ops – tagging, tracking, and overall media implementation technology, to ensure the timely launch and execution of advertising campaigns.Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all ad-op campaign management and delivery mainly in CM360 tagging and trafficking. i.e. Campaign setup – including package, placement, ad (dynamic feed, rich media and HTML5).
- Create floodlights and audience lists / QA Reporting.
- Support with creative feed troubleshooting with external media and creative agencies in Studio.
- Publisher format troubleshoot including nuances of Ad Serving vs site serving.
- Work closely with the creative and external media agencies, marketing communications team and in-house specialists on ensuring all media activity tracking documents, naming conventions are up to date with the correct tracking tags.
- Ensure all internal media performance dashboarding is correct and aligns with tag naming conventions.
- Support paid media reporting and budget administration tasks with the media agencies.
- Coordinate the media agency/in-housed team to ensure all quarterly, half yearly / post-campaign reporting is delivered through a streamlined process.
- Oversee and work with the media agency to ensure updated and correct media plans and Media Booking Authorities are on-file, approved by relevant stakeholders and up to date.
- Review and oversee offline TV / Radio spot buys with the media agency.
- Create, manage and update internal paid media 101s and industry update documents.
- Support the Media Manager across all paid media finance. This includes raising vendor POs, monthly accruals, invoice receipting, supplier queries.
What you’ll need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Teamwork skills.
- 2 years+ experience in ad ops working in a media agency.
- Proven practical experience in Google Marketing Platform (GMP): Campaign Manager 360 and Google Creative Studio essential.
- Successful Google Skillshop certificates in both CM360 Exam and Google Creative Certification.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Qualifications in relevant field such as, business, marketing, advertising.
- Previous experience in media buying – offline and online media advantageous.
- Experience within Financial Services advantageous.
