Manager

The Maintenance Delivery Branch (MDB) oversees maintenance projects, encompassing planned maintenance, as well as the upkeep of hydraulic fire safety systems and shelter-in-place facilities. Additionally, it ensures that secondary school campuses are equipped with suitable facilities to accommodate mental health practitioners, aligning with the government’s commitment for this programThis position will oversee a team delivering works and manage the delivery of programs, assist with business planning and continuous improvement measures. This will include:

• building positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate and communicate the successful delivery of operational programs
• communicating complex issues, options, and solutions
• providing advice to schools about operational programs and alternative support
• leading the development of program policy and guidelines
• undertake business analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
• establish processes to monitor and analyse program-wide project data
• provide branch input to corporate asset management improvement and assurance measures implementation
