The position on offer is a Senior Business Analyst in a fulltime role, offering work flexibility and strong company culture.The Senior Business Analyst will lead analysis, develop insights, gather business requirements and produce materials to help deliver AI strategy and roadmaps. Adding to this, you will work closely with the business to lead and shape AI / Generative AI use cases including conducting cost benefit analysis, conduct user research to define problem / opportunities, work with Product Owners to define user stories and features and support risk.To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology, or Project Management.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in Australian financial services.
- Proven track record in working on transformation or technology programs, with a preference for digital initiatives.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in business analysis, product/service design, or related fields.
- Exceptional skills in modeling, presentation, report writing, and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical capability and structural thinking.
- Experienced in establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across various levels.
Mandatory skillset required:
- Ability to work in a collaborative agile environment that deals with complex and ambiguous business problems / opportunities
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills including Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced Project suite skills including Jira, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, Teams
- Familiarity with project delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including listening, gathering requirements, influencing
- Proven high-level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter who can prioritise and manage competing demands
