- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.
- Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health core values, as outlined above.
- Provide quality and timely research, advice and support to management and employees across the Department of Health on a range of human resource and industrial relations matters including the application of HR policies and procedures as well as relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the administration and management of employment matters by providing research and advice to manage cases.
The successful personYou will have demonstrated:
- Contemporary knowledge of human resource practices, including relevant legislation, industrial instruments, standards, policies, procedures and information systems.
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering high level administrative and project support including the ability to quickly prioritise and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
