If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us!About the RoleContributes to the efficient and effective functioning of the HR Team in the provision of HR generalist support.As the HR Administrator (known internally as Service Delivery Administrator), you will contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the PAC Team by effectively undertaking HR administration activities, liaising with stakeholders and providing information to them with best practice customer service.Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Timely and accurate support for People and Culture including but not limited to: criminal history record compliance, right to work compliance, working with children checks, processing psychometric assessments, NDIS checks, contract establishment and distribution.
- Ensure new starter and contract change document documentation is tracked through to completion as part of the onboarding process.
- Facilitate timely and accurate entry of HR related data in Workday.
- Ensure that managers are provided with information, reports and support as required to assist with legislative compliance where appropriate.
- Complete general administrative duties (phones, filing, record keeping, purchasing, etc.) to a high standard by organising and completing the tasks in a professional, thorough, and timely manner.
- Ensure that a professional image is projected of Anglicare by ensuring that managers, job candidates and other stakeholders are attended to by responding to phone calls, taking messages, referring calls, and answering inquiries appropriately and within the general scope of the role.
Essential Criteria:
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources procedures
- Employee Data Administration
