Opportunity for proactive EA to support our Chief People Officer and Director Leadership, Culture and Learning. You are a creative thinker, with the confidence to suggest improvements and problem solve particularly when there are competing demands. With an energetic and positive manner, you enjoy engaging with staff and always present as welcoming and approachable. In your experience as an EA, you have also honed sophisticated communication, organisation and technology skills.This role involves all aspects of executive assistance and administrative support, including:
- Anticipate the needs of your Leaders and prepare them for their busy schedules
- Efficient calendar management and event scheduling
- Planning ahead for meetings, papers and actions
- Drafting agendas/briefing packs/minutes for varied audiences
- Maintaining accurate administrative systems
- Writing and formatting confidential documents
- First point of contact to facilitate prompt action and flow of information
- Provide ad-hoc administration and project support as required
About You:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant
- Love planning, problem solving and working at a fast pace
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Confident and enjoy engaging with people of different backgrounds and seniority
