THE OPPORTUNITYSalary: $57,369 – $61,947 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Time Fraction: Full Time or Part Time positions are available.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying periodThe Student Recruitment Centre provides a progressive, diverse, collaborative, supportive working environment. The department is currently seeking applications from customer service stars to join our friendly team. As an Enrolment Officer, your role primarily involves guiding prospective student applications seamlessly through to the enrolments.You will oversee all inbound phone, email, web-based, and live chat inquiries following Holmesglen’s service level agreements (SLAs). As a collaborative team player, your strong written and verbal communication skills will be put to great use, along with your excellent interpersonal abilities that enable you to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.If you have experience in back office customer service or in administration and are willing to assist students in achieving success in their career goals, this opportunity is for you!   • Customer service and office administration experience including experience in dealing with a broad range of people, face to face, telephone and email.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the MS Office products, internet-based applications and database management software and systems. Knowledge of student administration and systems would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills.
  • Diploma of Business Administration or relevant experience.
