You and your team are empowered to champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive change, support growth plans and build high performance across the firm in line with the firm’s vision. Key initiatives will include the ongoing development of the P&C strategy and associated budgets, attraction, retention and engagement strategies, building capability and succession planning, and ensuring highly effective P&C operations and advice. You will lead the firm’s annual salary review program, manage complex employee matters and ensure that the firm is a leading light in Diversity & Inclusion practices.To be successful in this pivotal role, you will have strong generalist HR experience in senior leadership roles within professional services, ideally developed through working in a partnership environment. Your proven ability to lead high-performing teams that drive operational excellence will be coupled with strong commercial acumen. You will have a track record in influencing change and driving initiatives, along with resilience and empathy in managing complex people issues. You will thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation, dedicated to investing in its people and embracing technological advancements.
