Customer Service Representative

You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:· Concierge and welcome calls· Missed payments and early-intervention collections· Simple customer service enquiriesSee Yourself in our TeamWe currently have Casual positions available to start in July, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.We’re Interested in hearing from people who· Genuinely care about the experience of customers· Have excellent communication skills· Have the ability to navigate new technology and computer systems· Are naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptable· Have aspirations to grow their career with usHours and trainingTo be considered for this role you must have the following availability:· Available to work a minimum 15 hours per week, split over 3 shifts (5 hours per shift). This includes a Monday Shift and a Friday shift per week.· Hybrid role: You must be available to work from our Collins Steet office, once a fortnight (more during training)· Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability· Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks 15 hours per week (times will be confirmed at interview stage)· Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.· Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
