About the role:We’re on the hunt for a Content Assistant to join our Triple M & The FOX teams based in Melbourne.The Content Assistant provides administrative support to the Head of Metro Content for both Triple M and the HIT Network. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of the Melbourne teams for Triple M & The FOX/Hit Network.Responsible for a diverse range of tasks spanning administrative support, project management, event coordination, and office operations, this position serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. By effectively managing executive calendars, coordinating events, supporting the Content Teams, and facilitating communication, the Content Assistant contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives while upholding health, safety, and compliance standards.Experience we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • SAP experience highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • High typing speeds, with strong levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Highly organized
  • Problem solving skills and initiative
