Civil Design Engineer

An established civil engineering consultancy business that delivers innovative, practical, and sustainable design and project management solutions to their clients, is looking to bring on an experienced ‘Civil Design Engineer’ on a permanent basis.Role: Civil Design Engineer
Work Type: Permanent
Work Style: Office based (5 days)
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: North SydneyResponsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of all design aspects of the project on time and to standards
• Undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders
• Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 12D
• Detailed knowledge of DRAINS
• Minimum 3 years’ design experience of roads, drainage, and bulk earthworks
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and Council design standards
• Knowledge of Service Authority design approval and construction standards
