Remuneration: OPS4 ($76,561 – $80,256 p.a.) + 11.5% SuperannuationRole DetailsThe Department for Child Protection is seeking a Case Worker to join the Blair Athol office on a full-time term basis.The role is responsible for:

• Investigating child protection matters, case management of children and their families, writing and actioning case plans and maintaining client files.
• Connecting clients to appropriate services and formal and informal community networks.
• Visiting children in alternative care and providing support and assistance as required.
• Facilitating opportunities for children under the Guardianship of the Minister to build healthy identities.
• Undertaking child and family support project work and other duties with cultural awareness and sensitivity.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience in dealing with conflict situations, including managing complex and challenging behaviours of parents and children.
