• ASO5 Salary Range ($85,790 – $95,413 p.a.).
• ASO6 Salary Range ($98,478 – $104,165 p.a.).
• ASO7 Salary Range ($108,109 – $116,864 p.a.).

We add value through procurement policy and strategy development, capability development, analysis, and advice to the Government of South Australia.About the opportunity:Procurement SA is seeking experienced capability development professionals who will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of our across-government capability strategy.You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering key initiatives to uplift government procurement and contracting capability, including in specialised subject matter areas of environmental, social, and governance procurement, as well as support the progression of public sector procurement as a career of choice.The role will provide the opportunity to network amongst peers, participate in professional development programs and support the advice and guidance to public authorities.About youTo be successful in this role you will have:

• knowledge of adult learning principles
• experience developing training programs/materials and technical skills in e-learning training products
• a customer-centric approach to service delivery and excellent communication skills.
