About the Department

Our client, a Federal Agency develops and deliver policies and programs and advise the Australian Government on health, aged care and sport. They work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure better health for all Australians.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be working within the Business Management and Enabling Unit (BMEU) which is one of two teams that make up the Contact Centre. The other is the Service Delivery Unit (SDU) who are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of enquiry services to the community, health providers and employees. The BMEU team provides support for the SDU functions through a variety of enabling services and manages the Contact Centre’s business partner relationships.

Duties

  • Updating information and training resources on the Contact Centre SharePoint sites
  • Liaising with business areas for access to current and cleared information
  • Managing & triaging the Contact Centre mailbox
  • Supporting the BMEU APS5 Account Managers with tasks including:
  • Reporting for stakeholders
  • Being an escalation point for the Contact Centre Team Leaders (TLs) and Senior Customer Service Officers (SCSOs) to clarify information and processes
  • Providing CC-EMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365) support to Stakeholders
  • Taking meeting minutes and assisting in demonstrations

  • Well developed organisational skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in the use of different technology applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Trim, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power BI and/or the ability to adapt quickly to using new technology.

What’s on offer

The successful candidate will be offered an APS4 equivalent salary rate contract (dependent on experience). Notionally, Non-ongoing 6-month contract. This position is based in Canberra, ACT.

As this role is with the Federal Government, only Australian citizens will be considered for this vacancy a National Police Check (within the last 6-months) is preferred, or willingness to obtain.
