With over 35 years’ experience working with Defence and with the recently awarded 6-year Firefighting Services contract, 2024 is an exciting time to join Ventia. In support of this newly awarded contract, Ventia are seeking a Training Delivery Administrator to join their global and diverse organisation.About the roleBased in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth this role will see you providing the Firefighting Services, basic contract and administrative support, using Ventia’s training, systems, policies and procedures.This position is primarily responsible for:

  • Working with Fire Capability Managers & Fire Station Managers to action all training requirements, records management and individual Firefighter training data.
  • Coordinating communications, documentation, obtaining attendance, and support requests for any facility services for training activities.
  • Updating and maintaining training calendar and schedule.
  • Performing QA Checks, data integrity, data entry, result and issue statements of attainment or certificates in line with Ventia Training / RTO policies, procedures and work instruction guidelines.
  • Setting up Station based Training and Assessment Strategy and training packages as per contract and client requirements.

About you:This position is a Basic Training Administration position and will see you working in a team of Training & Capability Coordinators and a Training Compliance Officer.

  • Entry level qualification in business administration, human resource or similar area, OR equivalent experience highly desirable
  • Experience developing and implementing administrative processes.
  • Experience with the national training system and operating safety management systems or learning management systems.
  • Experience following quality processes and ensuring training compliance.
