Australian VIP Manager

Being a native Australian English speaker is a requirement for this role, as you will be chatting with VIPs, creating promotions, and handling phone calls. Therefore, your Native Australian communication skills must be top-notch.Basic salary from $85-90K AUD + up to 50% bonusRole & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
• Assess and resolve clients’ issue
• Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
• Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
• Meet or exceed KPI target
• Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Native communication-skills in Australian English
• Spoken dialect must be Aussie
• Minimum 2 years’ proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations
• Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset
• Previous experience of working with VIP management for the Australian market in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience

About this role

• Fully remote from Australia

Office-based in Malta or Cyprus, working night-shift * Up to $90K AUD starting salary

• Up to 50% bonus
• If you hit your targets you can earn $135K AUD
