• Training and coaching the team

• Development and implementation of strategies
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Quality, consistency, and innovation in all aspects of the business
• Stock management
• Day to day running of the business
• Leading by example

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar business
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to inspire and mentor a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
