Make a difference in our community!Want to assist in ensuring municipal pool/spa safety and compliance alongside a passionate team?The Admin Support Officer – Pools will assist and support the Pool and Spa Team including the administrative processing of swimming pool and spa safety barrier registration, compliance and enforcement matters under the Building Act 1993, and the Building Regulations 2018. The role will also support the Building Services Team and Administration Team in providing excellent service to internal departments of Council, applicants, and the broader community relating to all pool/spa matters, and other duties as required.About you
We are looking for a passionate individual who has excellent interpersonal skills, incorporating both verbal and written communication and attention to detail. You are customer focused with a drive to meet timeframes. In addition, you will have well developed computer skills with the ability to easily learn new systems. You have a positive attitude and ability to work part of a team.
