We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.As our Accounts Receivable Officer, reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will proactively administer the invoice and billing for assigned business units, collections for allocated customers, and ad-hoc customer administration.This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage accounts receivable and communication skills within a dynamic team.A few of your responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and accurate issuing of invoices and debt collection in alignment with the policy.
- Liaise with business in respect to Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, account queries and overdue accounts.
- Handle internal and external customer queries relating to Accounts Receivable
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of Accounts Receivable process improvements.
What we are looking for:
- HSC (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years working in an accounts receivable position (preferably in a corporate environment)
- Experience managing end-to-end invoicing process.
- Previous debt collection experience
- Comprehensive exposure to the AR Module within an “ERP” Finance System such as Oracle, SAP or equivalent

Your organisational skills ensure meticulous record-keeping and efficient transaction processing.You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing collections and resolving inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure the integrity between the general ledger and subsidiary modules.What we can offer you:
