Account Manager – Renewals

Description:monday.com is looking for a talented Renewals Manager who will work closely with our customers to negotiate and help execute renewal contracts. You’ll join our Customer Success team based in Sydney, Australia.About The Role:

  • Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reachout and negotiation to confirmation of payment.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, finance and sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth.
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Account Management/Renewal Management/Customer Success ideally in SaaS companies
  • Drive and own the renewal process E2E
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, finance and sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth.
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
