Make a difference in our community!We are currently seeking an individual with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders to join Council’s Strategic Property team as a Property Technical Support OfficerReporting to the Unit Manager Strategic Property, the position is responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities associated with the administration of Council’s community land portfolio including lease and licence management, research and reporting and provision of specialist advice and support.About you
To be successful, you will bring:

  • Behaviour that positively demonstrates Council’s values.
  • Qualifications and demonstrated experience in a property related local government environment or relevant property administration role.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with community stakeholders in the management of lands and assets.
  • Strong time management, work prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to work both independently and interdependently in a busy team environment.
