A successful and highly regarded construction contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team, to be involved with a portfolio of landmark projects across Perth up to $150m.They’re renown for their integrity in all areas of operation, excellence in workmanship and ensuring clients’ needs are a priority. Over the last couple of year’s they have experienced steady growth and have a young, dynamic and high performing team.The Role:As an experienced CA you will work closely with the Project Management team, assisting with successful running of 1-2 projects at anyone time providing support across the complete construction lifecycle.About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ Years Contracts Administration experience in Commercial Construction
- Tier 1 or 2 builder experience would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
