About the RoleAs the Clinical Nurse Specialist Theatre, you will have the opportunity to be active in a leadership role, including the development and provision of evidence-based clinical nursing, while working and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.The opportunity also allows you to act as a clinical expert, professional role model and change agent to promote practice development and quality initiatives that promote the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality customer service.About YouAs a Clinical Nurse Specialist you will contribute to the education of clinical staff and make a valuable contribution to the continuous improvement processes of the hospital.To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Relevant registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Minimum 3 years’ in specialty area including paediatric anaesthesia, acute interventional anaesthesia, regional blocks including pain management devices, and obstetrics
• Completion of Postgraduate Anaesthetic and Recovery Nursing course.

Remuneration:On offer is a a base hourly rate ranging from $50.29 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
