• Follow a scripted approach to present and demonstrate IT solutions effectively to customers
• Provide exceptional service and support to current customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional sales
• Utilize engaging sales techniques to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the store environment
• Conduct in-store consultations with potential customers to understand their IT needs and recommend suitable solutions

IDEAL CANDIDATE:To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience & qualities:

• Proven sales experience within any industry
• If you are coming from a relatable fast paced retail sales environment – this would be highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer success and longevity
• Strong communication skills & an excellent phone manner
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Have a can-do attitude
