This role is responsible for leading the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the Diploma of Leadership and Management, which constitutes the first year of the two-year Next Generation of Leaders and Managers within NSW Health (NextGen) program. The NextGen program is designed to develop leadership and management capabilities of future leaders and managers in NSW Health.
