We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead our client’s sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, business development, and stakeholder management.Duties:– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.– Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training.– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.– Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and create effective sales strategies.– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns.– Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.Day-to-Day:– Lead sales team meetings and set sales targets.– Meet with clients to understand their needs and present solutions.– Develop and review sales forecasts and performance reports.– Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales campaigns.– Provide coaching and support to the sales team members.– Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events.Desireable & Preferred requirements:– Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to communicate effectively with customers and team members– A positive ‘can do’ attitude– Knowledge of the marine industry (Preferred but not essential)– Computer literacy– Physical fitness relevant to the role– Current forklift licenceIf you believe you have the skills to thrive in this role and would like to have a confidential discussion, please contact Sumedha Sharma at [email protected] or 0488387980.
