Training & Change Manager

As the Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training programs across our Retail/FMCG client’s operations.
Your expertise in EPOS (Electronic point of sale) training, change management, and IT systems will be crucial in ensuring our clients staff, from Management, full-time and casual employees, are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead the design and delivery of EPOS training programs, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by frontline staff and management.
  • Implement change management processes to support the rollout of new initiatives, systems, and procedures.
  • Conduct IT systems training to ensure all staff are proficient in using relevant technology tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and HR to identify training needs and create tailored programs for different employee segments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and performance assessments, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Training Manager in the Retail/FMCG sector.
  • Background in developing and leading EPOS training initiatives highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in change management and implementing IT systems training.
  • Ability to effectively train and develop diverse teams, including full-time, part-time, casual staff, and management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Details:

  • Rate: $900 to $1100 per day depending on experience
  • Length: 10 to 12 Months
  • Locations: Sydney, CBD
  • Work environment: Hybrid
  • Travel: This role will include travel around Australia as required
