Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced, client-focused Regional Office Leader in our Gold Coast practice with solid experience in personal injuries law. You will be responsible for managing a reduced file load along with leadership of an experienced, passionate team.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include running personal injury files, developing and mentoring lawyers of varying levels and team management of both lawyers and legal support team members. In addition, a key focus on building the practice, helping to oversee the financial performance of the office, and day to day management of office matters.The experience we are looking forYou will have demonstrable experience leading a team and be able to meet the following criteria:
- Extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability and Compulsory Third-Party claims.
- Demonstrated litigation experience.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity in executing business development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to file management.
- Experience working in a high-volume work environment.
- An Accredited Specialisation in Personal Injuries would be advantageous however not essential.
