• Accurately perform data entry tasks with efficiency.
• Work in the stores area, including order picking of tools and engineering equipment, and maintain inventory records.
• Handle various warehouse duties, showcasing adaptability.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Occasional operation of counterbalance and reach forklifts (5% of daily tasks).
• Engage in customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Show initiative in finding tasks and completing them with minimal supervision once familiar with the process.

Requirements:

• Experience in forklift operation preferred, or willingness to obtain a license and learn.
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication abilities.
• Proficient in data entry, emphasizing attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and execute various warehouse responsibilities.
• Reliable team player capable of working effectively within a small team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
