This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in a culture built on fun, respect, integrity, innovation and transparency!About the Role:As the primary point of contact for Major Transport Infrastructure Authority and its associated projects, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone and email queries, providing timely and relevant information to stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage feedback and concerns, particularly from those living near 24/7 works, ensuring escalation as appropriate. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to think on your feet, and passion for customer service make you the ideal candidate for this exciting role.Key detailsPosition: Customer Service AgentStart Date: Monday 15th July 2024Weekly Hours: Full Time 38 hours per week.Centre Hours: Rotating roster Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Full availability required)Additional OTE IncentivesLocation: 485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne – Hybrid after 1 month of paid training and KPI’s met.Training: 1 week. Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm (Full availability required)WFH Hardware Requirements:
Windows 10 based PC and Monitor or Window 10 Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent. Anti-Virus installed and Windows Defender switched on with a reliable internet connection. You will also be required to provide your own headset with a microphone.
