The Project Officer is responsible for the delivery of a select number of projects in collaboration with the Project Managers ensuring the timely and cost effective delivery of the projects with high quality levels of administration.This involves the day-to-day liaison with external project professionals, liaison with stakeholders, customers and external agencies. The position supports the management of projects, prepares drawings and costing for minor works, ensuring the delivery of timely, quality outcomes, at or below, budgeted cost.The position also ensures the project works assigned comply with relevant statutory requirements including safety, arranges necessary permits and licenses, monitors and reports on the status of projects assigned and communicates with internal clients, on a regular basis, to inform them of the progress of the project, costs and expected completion date.About You:
You will have a tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience, demonstrated application of documentation and project management practices and strong analytical thinking, numeracy and problem solving skills.Culture
