Financial Accountant – Temp for 4 Months

Job Description:The CompanyA leading non-profit organization in New South Wales is seeking a temporary Financial Accountant.Extra help is needed to support the CFO during the implementation of a new ERP system.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operation and support for the finance team.
• Lead daily accounting tasks (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable) and oversee month-end closing.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end processes.
• Review monthly Management Accounts for board reporting.
• Maintain accuracy in the General Ledger.
• Support external audits at year-end.

Salary: Up to $55 per hour + superannuation.Location: Flexible work arrangements available – 2 days work from home and 3 days in the office.Systems Used: MYOB, Office 365.Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting with 5 years of experience (CPA or CA qualification not mandatory).
• Good cultural fit – supportive and ready to help the team.
• Experience with MYOB is a plus but not essential.
