Senior Payroll Officer: 4 years’ + experience in payroll essential

Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.We are seeking experienced individuals with a background in payroll, particularly in the medical space, who are confident they can hit the ground running a Payroll Officer position.Key Requirements:

• At least 4-years’ experience in Payroll Officer (end to end onboarding to termination) is mandatory to be considered for this role.
• Must have working rights in Australia.
• Knowledge of end to end processing.
• Proficient using Excel.
• Experience using Chris21 software.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Providing support to the Payroll Manager
• Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team
• Processing a fortnightly payroll for a mid to large organisation
• Interpreting and applying award conditions and entitlements
• Provide support and mentor other team members
• Working to firm deadlines
• Using Chris21 software
